The Power of Thankfulness Gratitude Everyone knows what gratitude is. But in this context we are not talking about the perfunctory, “thank you,” that is part of polite discourse among ‘civilized’ people,
Foreordination – whether true or false—is absolutely irrelevant because we cannot use it to in any practical way whatsoever. Therefore, it can be ignored for all practical purposes
Unforgiveness – forgiveness is a process not an event. Forgiveness is not permanent – you can forgive someone today and then un-forgive them tomorrow
Forgiving and forgetting is the one and only path to true happiness. This powerful, crucially important process seems very confusing, but is perfectly logical and very simple to understand and use

I think you’ll agree that the entire problem of trying to lose weight and keep it off seems to be extremely confusing. But, why should it be? After all, humans have been eating for hundreds of thousands of years without giving it a second thought, and without becoming even slightly confused about it—so, what has changed? What is the real story? In this post I’m going to show you why people are so confused about something which should be one of the simplest things for human beings to do, namely, lose weight and keep it off easily and permanently.
Symptomatic I think you'll agree with me when I say that... It makes much more sense to fix a health problem than to cover up the symptoms of the problem and then pretend that
Is your life predestined? Is the state of your health and your weight predestined? Is what you are going through part of your karma? If you believe that your health, weight and the rest of your physical life conditions are predestined, do you believe that this means you can do nothing to change things? What if I told you that whether or not your situation is predestined is completely irrelevant? What if I told you that whether or not these things are part of your karma is completely irrelevant?
To say that the drug problem in the U. S. and worldwide is huge would be a huge understatement. This problem appears to be completely out of control—or is that simply what we are supposed to believe? If the authorities want this problem under control, why are the most vulnerable members of society, namely, our children being targeted as recruits?
Depending on the discussion and the context, in some circles, when speaking of, “natural,” as opposed to, “spiritual,” one means physical as opposed to non-physical—such as, for example, “one’s natural life, and one’s spiritual life”. So, in such a context, anything physical is called natural—our natural selves, our natural life, our natural food, our natural work, etc.—hence our title.
If you want to lose weight, the very last thing you should do is to go on a diet. Losing weight, and keeping it off permanently, is an extremely simple matter. Although not necessarily an extremely easy matter. Because one has to overcome a lifetime of bad programming (lies) and the incorrect habits which stem from following these lies. But, contrary to what most people expect, this battle is a mental one, not a physical one.
To most people, it is so patently obvious that regular, medical checkups are absolutely the right and wise thing to do, that they never give it another thought, and if they ever miss a regular checkup, they start worrying. So, if one were to ask such people if going for regular, medical checkups were really a good idea, they would say, “Of course they are—only a fool would argue otherwise."
Teach Him to Fish—He’ll Eat for a Lifetime. There are many websites offering advice on specific health problems, but in reality, simply offer alternative remedies to allopathic remedies and drugs. Where this is done in an honest and sincere spirit, I applaud this as a move in the right direction—i.e. a step away from artificial, toxic drugs. However, this is just one step away from allopathic drugs, which is not enough to call such health philosophies natural.
